Since 01/12/2009, I am a postdoc with the Text Mining Group at the European Bioinformatics Institute. I work on formal ontologies and their application to biological domain ontologies. My PhD thesis Basic considerations for improving interoperability between ontology-based biological information systems is about ontology integration and interoperability in biology.
