Historically, situation theory was supposed to provide a semantic for
natural language, Situation Semantic as in sitatt. For this,
the so-called relational theory of meaning has been developed,
expressing the meaning of an utterance as a relation between an
utterance situation and a described situation. In this section we will
comment on the relational theory of meaning and describe how it can be
incorporated in our approach. Afterwards, we will show how modalities
can be expressed in our framework.
